I thought I’d share what books I’ve read so far this year.
I haven’t been as concerned with reading a certain quantity of books this year..
I’ve tried some different authors for me and I’m trying to add in some classics, but otherwise I am not being super strict with what I am reading or with keeping track of how many I read.
I do see that I am averaging about four books a month.

I have been setting a reading challenge goal on Goodreads for a few years. I’m nowhere near where I should be. But, like you, I’m more about the books than about the numbers. I just finished Miss Buncle Married. I think I liked the first one better.

so far I like it but I did like the first a little better. This one feels a lot like a PG Wodehouse book, though, and I do like that.

Lisa, I appreciate catching up with your reading list. Sadly, my July and August journey has sidelined much of my writing and reading connections. I am looking forward to returning to fresh opportunities to experience both. Hope all is going well with you and your family.

Travel or other activities can certainly cut into reading and writing times. Hope you can get back to all of that soon. I know I’ve struggled this summer with keeping up on blog reading. It isn’t that we did anything exciting either – just some stress that made it hard to focus.
