This is a post that I wrote two years ago after I was released from the hospital for Covid. Recovery was not pleasant but somehow I managed to push out some blog posts like this one.

Lisa, I didn’t know you had Covid. Of my ten people, we are half and half. I have had those moments of peace when God just washes over me. It’s such a wonderful yet fleeting moment. (I did click through and read the other post but couldn’t comment there). Are you fully recovered now?

I am pretty much recovered, yes, I have a few lingering issues that I think are from when I had it but moset of the stuff I have no I had before I had Covid. I’d say my breathing is worse now and I have a harder time clearing phlegm out when I am sick now.

It’s so good to remember God’s faithfulness! Even tho sometimes I would rather not “rehash the trauma,” I know God wants me to see His faithful care in the storm. Thanks for reminding us of that very gift, dear Lisa!

Yes, rehashing and remembering it is sometimes hard!
