What we remember from childhood we remember forever — permanent ghosts, stamped, inked, imprinted, eternally seen.

About Me

I'm a mom, wife, writer, photographer, and former journalist. I write a little bit about a lot of things. I enjoy old, classic movies (think before 1970), mystery books, and I have an eclectic taste in music. I'm also the author of the Gladwynn Grant Mystery series. Welcome to my blog and feel free to poke around.

Someone on here (@msjunecarter ) recommend that I watch It Should Happen To You with Jack Lemmon, Judy Holliday, and Peter Lawford and I am so glad they did. A little bit of mystery, a dash of romance, and a whole lot of heart Witness to Murder (1954) wasn’t the best thriller I have ever seen, but it did have its nail-biting moments. I was on the edge of my seat (quite literally) for most of the movie as Barbara Stanwyck did her best to get away from George Sanders. Our daughter loves any kind of art, so it was very exciting as a homeschool family to discover that @outschool offers a wide variety of art classes, both live and pre-recorded/self-paced.
