Tonight into tomorrow we are getting our first winter storm of the year.
According to forecasters, we are getting either two inches or twelve. I am not kidding about the forecast. I’ll keep you all updated on what we actually do get.

Lisa,
Here in Wilkes Barre, I got a dusting of snow, 15 minutes from me up in Mountaintop where my nieces live, and in Scranton, they got 5 inches!! In the Pocono mountains, some towns have a foot of snow!! Isn’t living in Pa, fun??? LOL!! Thanks so much for the feature!!! I truly appreciate it!! And thanks for hosting…I gave you a Shout Out on FB and will be doing so also in my next post!!
Stay safe in the Snow!!

It is so crazy how all over the place this storm was! I wouldn’t mind if we just got a dusting the next time. And thank you for the shout out. That’s super nice of you. Have a great Thanksgiving if I don’t get a chance to comment before then.

I just love when we get forecasts like that! It makes it a bit tricky to prepare. No snow here yet but we’re getting lots and lots of needed rain.

We needed any moisture we could get because we’ve been in an almost drought and were under a burn ban before the snow moved in.

I love the sunroom!
Weather forecasts are very hit and miss worldwide. I hope you don’t get too much snow!

It turned out now to be too bad. Maybe seven inches. I’m sure we will get nailed with more later in the winter.

Oh, I picked the other room Penny shared. I love her decor! We started getting snow last night (I hope my roses don’t die), and it’s still snowing. I haven’t heard how much we’re supposed to get total. But, it’s so weird as just Tuesday, it was just a tad chilly. Now, it’s winter! But, your forecast of between 2 and 12 inches makes me laugh! It’s like that old chestnut…something about looking out the window to see if it’s raining.

It’s hard to pick just one when there are so many good posts – sometimes by the same person!
That was a weird forecast but, as far as I know, no one got 12 inches. Ten in a couple places, but not 12. Not yet anyhow. Maybe later this winter.
