It’s hard to believe we’re already facing winter here in the North. Yes, I know. It comes every year. And every year I lament it. I’m just not a fan of the cold, the early sunsets, the cloudy days, the snow.

Well, sometimes I don’t mind the snow, but only if it creates a pretty scene for me to photograph.

Until the cold really strikes, we’ve been trying to enjoy our fleeting sunny Fall days, even if it is simply having fun in the side and back yards or a local playground. Because we live in a Valley we feel like we are chasing the sun, trying to catch it before it sets behind the mountain.

How about you? What is the weather like where you are? Has the cold hit you yet? Or is it warm all year long where you live?
